Grapple Guy Training Dummy

Ian "THE MACHINE" Freeman meets his toughest opponent yet!
Ian Freeman of TV's Celebrity Wrestling took delivery of the new Grapple Guy training dummy from Ultimat, and I had the honour of presenting the equipment to Ian whilst reporting on one of The Machine's training camps.
After Ian had finished training with the dummy I asked him his opinion on the Grapple Guy:
'I find that the dummy is fantastic; for the last year I've been using a tackle bag to train on the ground and pound from the knee ride, but I found it was too high and bulky to use. The dummy is the right height and simulates a real person and you can really go to town on and strike it all day long - and do on the dummy what you would normally do on a person. It's a pleasant addition to the team and when I'm teaching a move to the students, I can show the moves on the dummy and watch out for the students making mistakes.
I'm really pleased with it.'
I'm sure that Ian will be using the dummy and taking it to the limits for his upcoming super fights.
